Spring Session 2 Begins April 22

Attention

All LOWPO athletes must have a current USAWP bronze membership or higher to participate in any LOWPO practice or event.

GIRLS: The All Girls practices are included for all of our registered female athletes. Only register for the All Girls separately if this is the only practice you will attend.

Two Spring Sessions

Session 1:  February 20 - April 21

Session 2: April 22 - June 23

Year-Round Sessions

LOWPO is a year-round organization with our longest breaks in August following Junior Olympics and in December for winter break. The sessions typically align with the 4 seasons: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. The Fall session is for 14U athletes as this is the High School water polo season.

High School

High school boys and girls teams focus on high level technical movements and strategy as well as strength training and conditioning. High school athletes learn the benefits of hard work, commitment, collaboration, and perseverance.

14U Competition

Competition teams learn advanced strategy and technique while building strength and endurance. Athletes at this stage learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and resilience. Competition teams require a high level of commitment.

14U Intermediate

Intermediate athletes advance foundational skills by building on water polo fundamentals, technical movements, and conditioning. This group will gain skills and strength while being supported by their teammates and coaches.

14U Development

Development athletes are both new and returning athletes who are building water polo fundamentals. Practices encourage foundational skills such as ball handling and conditioning in a positive training environment.

All Girls

The All Girls sessions are held once weekly. They are intended to provide our female athletes the opportunity to bond, make connections, and build camaraderie. These are fun nights of water polo that focus on scrimmaging.
